We are unable to honor any refunds unless there is a misprint print/manufacturing error, in which case customer will have 48 hours to contact support by filling out a form on the website. In such case, photographic evidence/proof will be required, and a full refund will be provided or an exchange issued on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping price will be calculated at checkout and paid by customers.
We will alert customer once payment has been processed, and usually, goods are shipped out within (3) business days of processed payment. Arrival date will vary based upon your chosen shipping method.
